I worked in a high-pressure office environment as an adviser for firms like Google and Microsoft. I know the pressure of a high-stakes boardroom, the toll of long work week, and the 'success trap' where your bank account grows while your health declines.

I didn't just leave that world; I optimized it and I'm here to help you do that too!

I’ve been fortunate to enjoy a diverse and fulfilling 20+ year career across the fields of Health, Business, sport, fitness, nutrition, and financial investment and structured wealth building.

Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of learning from incredible mentors and working with many inspiring people who have shaped both my career and my life. I’m truly grateful for every experience - good and challenging alike - as each one has played a part in shaping who I am today, both personally and my vast experience as your coach.
